Just behind the bustling Avenida Liberdade, Parque Eduardo VII is only a short stroll away for a lovely green escape, and the lively Time Out Market, where you can sample delicious local cuisines, is almost 2 km from the hotel.

I enjoyed spending time here. Everything was modern, exceptionally attentive stuff, magnificent location near France, and the Rossio. There was very comprehensive and savoury breakfasts with sausage, fruits, food and drinks.

Very friendly and efficient staff with excellent breakfast and afternoon tea included. Lovely big bedroom with comfy bed and marble bathroom. Good position just five minutes from the underground or ten to the tram. A fantastic Art Deco retreat with a clubby feel.

A beautiful Art Deco hotel with an elegant ambiance, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds for a restful stay. The complimentary port in the room and the friendly staff enhance the experience. Breakfast offered a variety of options, satisfying both hot and cold preferences. An unfortunate delay in room service due to kitchen issues and inadequate communication slightly marred the experience, despite the management's efforts to rectify it by not charging us for it.

Absolutely awesome staff - they were very friendly and helpful - Pedro was excellent at both recommending a great seafood restaurant and warning us of the "Fado tourist trap." Awesome staff - they really make the hotel.
A little noisy - if you like to sleep past 9 am then you might get woken up - thin walls and doors.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were modern, great and fantastic location close enough to port in decanters in the rooms. Everything was value for money, had an excellent stay by one night. Very pleasant staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The room was new-fashioned, huge and had a writing desk and an electric kettle.

There is an excellent buffet breakfast plus complimentary tea, coffee and port in the afternoons. It is beautifully located to everything in downtown Lisbon just off the Libertade.
